charming stay in historic setting
excellent staff ideal location clean rooms quality sheets
The staff provided excellent service. the location was ideal. i appreciated its proximity to many attractions. i also liked the very clean rooms. The sheets were excellent quality. they also supplied excellent hygiene products. it.
the breakfast felt somewhat limited. i was surprised that juice was not included. having to pay extra for it seemed a bit much.

the rooms feature beautiful decor and a very comfortable bed. the hotel's historic building and rooms have a unique style. i found the rooms spacious and very well kept (the atmosphere was good!).

The breakfast room is gorgeous with a central atrium. i was impressed by the standard breakfast. It was fresh and plentiful. the restaurant seemed to be a local favorite. The vibe was amazing. i enjoyed the atmosphere.

late music mediocre breakfast
The location was excellent. It made exploring the area very easy.
I found the noise from the downstairs restaurant to be quite disruptive late into the night. despite warnings, it was difficult to sleep before 1 am because of the music. also, the breakfast felt quite mediocre. I had to pay extra for juice, which seemed a bit much.

my room included a very big bed. the strategic location provided easy access to the bazar. breakfast had fresh items, it was enough.

FANTASTIC stay in historic building
helpful team spacious bathroom
The reception TEAM was EXTREMELY helpful, assisting with every request. My room had a high detailed ceiling and a spacious bathroom. The staff helped with EVERYTHING I needed. The location is also IDEAL, close to many attractions.
The Wi-Fi signal WAS weak . It was difficult to maintain a consistent connection in my room. I suggest addressing this issue to improve the guest experience.

amazing stay in a historical setting
fine building helpful staff attentive staff
the building is fine and beautifully redeveloped i was warmly welcomed at reception the staff offered helpful tips and assistance with all requests the staff made me feel welcome throughout my five-day stay they were attentive.
the wifi was inconsistent i found it to be a slight inconvenience

the location is fantastic near major attractions there are many cafes mini shops and mosques nearby i found this very convenient the hotel is also close to the spice market making it easy to explore.

latif the manager provided excellent care he was professional and attentive the staff were very friendly and accommodating they quickly helped with everything i requested all staff members i encountered were professional and held themselves to the highest standards.

I found the breakfast service to be amazing. It included a fantastic turkish breakfast! the tea was unlimited. That was a plus.
The restaurant music was too loud at night until 2 am. I had trouble resting because of that. the room was poorly insulated. I had difficulty resting before they turned off the music
